(To put it simply) She is always responsive, always on time, incredibly knowledgeable and best of all honest, working to put us in a place we love, never trying to sell us on something less than perfect. Kate was also very useful in answering our questions and pointing us to everything from local craftspeople to insurance options, even a great closing lawyer.
